A Salacious Legacy

Hi, guys.  This is the PROLOGUE to my legacy.  (IT”S NOT THE ACTUAL BEGINNING!!)  After I posted this on the TS3 site, I deleted the pictures, so the ones here are screenshots.  Kinda crappy, I know.  I won’t be able to get out the 1st chapter for a week or so, because I have to get my computer’s motherboard replaced, and the guy doesn’t come to install it until Monday.  *pout*  Anyway, have fun!  Here’s a link to the TS3 version, if you prefer: http://www.thesims3.com/contentDetail.html?contentId=17599

“So, honey,” Carla approached her daughter, Gladys,”You’re almost a young adult.  Can I help you with your party or anything?”

“Actually…I haven’t started planning yet.  Where do you think it should be?  The pool?  The beach?”

“Oh, the beach, for sure.  Hey, do you wanna invite the Wolffs?  They just got married, you know.”

Gladys thought for a minute.

“Ahh, sure. Well, I don’t have any plans tonight, so if you want to–”

“What is it, sweetie?”

“AAAHHHH!!!  I completely forgot!!  I have a date with Miraj tonight!!Gahhh, ****”

“Don’t swear, sweetie.”

Gladys laughed it off as she navigated through the living room.  Who was she joking?  He had the “good” trait, the loser.  He’d understand.  Who had a name like “Miraj”, anyway?

Gladys had been dating Miraj Alvi since she had just become a teen.  She felt she had the upper hand, because she had several traits she found favorable, such as charismatic, flirty, and great kisser.  Even he had to agree he liked that last one.  He, however, was deluded into thinking she thought of him as an equal, with his wimpy traits, of good and technophobe.  He even possesed the neat trait.  It was because of these colliding traits that he thought she had been brought to him by…destiny.  Seriously, this is what he thought.

Every morning, he picked her up for school.

“Hi.”

“Hi.”

“So…”"

“Uh, soo…”

“What?  You don’t want to make out?”

“I’m just in a bad mood.”

“I’ll make you happyyyyyyyyyyyyyy…”

“Just get in the car.”

“Come on, Marriage,” Gladys utilized her nickname for him,  ”Are you dehydrated?  I’ll give you waaateerrrrr”

“Mommeee…” Gladys wailed into her mother’s thin shoulder.

“Uh, it’ll be okay.  I, uh, went through the same thing when I was your age,” Carla lied.  Actually, the only person she’d ever dated was…Gladys’s father.

“Why would he dump me, mommy? I’m a good kisserrrrrrr…”

“Uh, why don’t you talk to your friends at school?  They can probably help you.”

“But…mom…I felt so humiliated!  I mean…I mean…I’m so much better than him!”

“”Oh, sorry, honey, you got that snob trait from me.”

“Mom, I don’t have the snob trait.”

“OOh…wait, you don’t?”

What would she do now?  She’d been dating him since she left childhood, and she had no one else to turn to.  She almost wished…she had a backup.  Actually, she didn’t almost wish it, she did wish it.  From now on…she would always have a backup…she would always have a fresh supply of makeouts.
